First, our WFCF team will consult with you to understand the root cause and understand the risk at hand. We identify the underlying issues affecting your operations, allowing for a better understanding of potential risks for your company as well as the entire supply chain.
Next, we instruct our Validus auditing team to begin the actual investigative audit. They will examine relevant documentation and conduct a thorough site visit to gather firsthand insights. When applicable, they will also review traceability and data verification to verify the authenticity of claims and trace the journey of products and animals through the supply chain to ensure accuracy.
Lastly, you will receive a Final Report from our Validus audit team outlining their findings. Then, the WFCF team can work with you on Actionable Recommendations that include practical suggestions for improvement.
